RETURN RULES & RESTRICTIONS

We do not accept returns for items shipped outside of the Contiguous US. When returning merchandise within the Contiguous US, return shipping is to be covered in cost by the customer AND the proper authorization & documents must be attached otherwise returned returned items will become property of Discount Hoop Supply and no refunds will be made. Please see below for Return Restrictions. Clicking 'submit' on your order means that you have read and agree to our terms & conditions regarding returns and final sales.

 

RETURN RESTRICTIONS

The following items are FINAL SALES and NON-RETURNABLE and will not be accepted for refund:

- all ready-made, square cut, DIY and/or custom made hoops; hoopKits and/or party hoopKits, discounted, daily deal, quick-sale

and/or bargain bin items, cut rolls of deco tape (including 25', 30' and/or 50'); cut tubing (which is anything less than manufactured 100 ft

rolls and/or tubing in Mix-it-Up options), mylar tapes, Mystery Boxes, cut ribbon (less than 25 ft), cable ribbon; and/or Final Sale merchandise.

 

Discount Hoop Supply will not accept responsibility, not return any of the aforementioned items back to you that have been sent to us for return/exchange and said products will become property of Discount Hoop Supply.

We accept returns of product shipped only within the Contiguous United States. Shipping returns back to Discount Hoop Supply and any exchanges to be sent out are at the sole responsibility of the purchaser. PLEASE PHONE US TO INQUIRE IF YOUR ITEM IS RETURNABLE: 615-955-0565

 

You must contact Discount Hoop Supply via email within 48 hours of delivery confirmation in order to obtain a return authorization code and proper return instructions.  Cost to return items and/or to reship any replacement items are at the sole responsibility of the purchaser and any returnable items that are returned will be subject to a 20% processing/restocking fee. Products must be unused, and in good condition with original packaging attached.  Any items received that cannot be resold (or do not have an approved return authorization code) will not be returned to purchaser and purchaser will receive no credit/refund.  All refunds are processed via original method of payment or via 6-month store credit minus the 20% restocking fee.  This does not include any shipping costs that were incurred to you.   Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.  Please email us for approval BEFORE you return any item to us. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that have not been approved via email by us to you for return and/or that do not have the proper return code and information.  Items purchased through any of our physical shops must be returned to the place of purchase.  If you choose to return or exchange your online purchase to one of our retail shops, you must present the original packing slip.

 

NOTE:  ALL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED "FINAL SALES" 30-DAYS FROM DATE OF PAYMENT.

We do not support returns, re-ships, or re-credits for items shipped internationally. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

 

RETURNS FROM WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS  UNITED STATES

Review the returns rules and restrictions outlined above to see if your item/s are eligible for a return. Contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order (all orders have a delivery confirmation date attached to the tracking) to obtain a return authorization code. Pack the item securely in the original package (when possible). Enclose a copy of the original packing slip with the item/s. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records. We recommend that you use UPS/FedEx or insured parcel post for your return.

 

RETURNS AT A HOOPSUPPLIES.COM RETAIL SHOP

Review the returns rules and restrictions outlined above to see if your item/s are eligible for a return. Bring in items to be returned to our retail location within 48 hours of receiving your order (all orders have a delivery confirmation date attached to the tracking) to obtain confirmation for return. The shop associate will help you to exchange your purchase or to process your return and issue you a credit. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

 

RETURNING INCORRECTLY RECEIVED ITEMS

While we make every effort not to make any mistakes,- because we are human, mistakes can be made. If you have received the incorrect item or have any missing items, you must contact us via email within 48 hours from the day the order was delivered (according to UPS/FEDEX or USPS tracking). DHS will not be held responsible for adjusting any incorrect orders if such notification is not made by writing via email within the above 48-hour time period.

 

Customer will be responsible for shipping of any such items back to DHS and must include shipping receipt for reimbursement. Once the item has been received, if DHS was responsible for shipping the incorrect item/s, DHS will reimburse the shipping (up to $15 USD) as well as cover the shipping of the correct item/s back to the customer.

 

IF the items received were correct items as ordered by the customer, DHS will not reimburse shipping costs and customer will be responsible for shipping charges of items received to be sent back.  After 7 business days from date of receipt to DHS, if shipping charges have not been paid, items become property of DHS and will not be returned, refunded and/or exchanged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Care team at 615-955-0565. We will work with you to replace your item as quickly as possible.  Please save all packaging materials in case a claim must be filed and customer must participate in claim investigation performed by shipping company.  If a claim must be filed and the customer has not held onto damaged items and packaging materials (or is unwilling to assist in claims investigation process), Discount Hoop Supply will not be held responsible to replace said damaged items.

 

CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Once you place a order with hoopsupplies.com you will have a 30-minute window to cancel the order via email to hoopsuppliesHQ @ gmail.com. All canceled orders will be charged an 25% processing fee. After the 30-minute window closes, the order will be firm and ready to be picked, packaged and shipped: no changes will be made to the order.  Because processing begins immediately and we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel/change an order once the 30-minute window has closed.
