We ship our hoop supplies/products outside of the USA via UPS® Worldwide, FedEx® and via USPS® Priority and/or Express Mail. All items are marked for customs with proper documentation and exact product values and customs charges/any taxes are the sole responsiblity of the purchaser.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER: (MINIMUM ORDER $50.00 USD)
Add items to your cart online and then "initiate" the order. We will configure the shipping charges based on that particular order and will email you with instructions on how to finalize and pay for your order. Any changes to the order will result in a change in the shipping cost, and will require a new shipping quote to be producted. Once your order has been paid in full, it will then enter our current order queue. Due to paperwork, International orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process before shipping.
If for some reason the cart zeros out the shipping (ie. showing 0.00) you will be contacted to reconcile any shipping charges that are due.
You will have the option to add insurance to your shipping charge at your discretion and at your emailed request. Shipping insurance fees will be the sole responisbility of the purchaser. DHS will not be held responsible for any shipping damage incurred by any international orders that do not have paid insurance attached. DHS will not be held responsible for any theft and/or damage taking place once the item is left on your property.
All international and non-contiguous orders under $50 USD will be charged a $5 service charge. Large orders will be given priority in the processing queue.
Hoopsupplies will not forge customs documents. All orders will be marked appropriately for customs with the full order value attached and any customs charges/sales taxes the receiving company imposes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. Legally, we are not allowed to mark items purchased as "gifts" because such actions can result in a revoking of our shipping privileges to your country. International customers are important to us and we hope that our international customers can understand that we cannot afford to take such risks and must follow government and postal restrictions and requirements. If customer fails to pay duties/taxes then customer will be charged the amount due.
